ARC Trio *
Allison (piano); Rosenthal (violin); Cook (cello), together again to bring us an evening of classical music sure to be a treat for the ears, the mind, and the soul.
The Performing Arts Society is proud to present ARC Trio, a beautiful group of classical musicians featuring Andrew Cook on the Cello, Linda Rosenthal on the violin, and Maria Allison on the piano. Although each is a well recognized musician, together they create an explosion of sensory delights.
Andrew Cook is a superb cellist that has been pleasing audiences in the United States and abroad in Mexico, France, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Central Asia, and Egypt. He has performed for the Princess Grace of Monaco, and at the Palace of Versailles.
Linda Rosenthal is the Artistic Director of Juneau Jazz and Classics as well as the Artistic Director of the Lake Placid Chamber Music Seminar for Adults in New York. She is also the Professor of Music at the University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau, Alaska where she lives.
Maria Allison is one of Kenai’s own. She teaches music courses at Kenai Peninsula College, and is on the faculty of the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival and the Gold Coast Music Festival, California. She also performs with the Kalgin Island Quartet and the Amanita Trio.
If you love classical music, come listen to the awe-inspiring music created by this trio of amazing musicians. You will no doubt come away with a new appreciation for classical music.
